If i have a virus. should i still keep up with my work out routine or take some says off while i'm sick ?

Depends: It depends upon how ill you are and what kind of work out you are doing. If you feel pretty sick then it is best to take a few days off. If you are not feeling very bad then you could continue your workout or maybe do a less strenuous workout. In either case, make sure you are getting enough sleep and drinking lots of water.
