If i have wilms tumor than will my children have this condition?

Occasionally: Wilms tumor is a very uncommon, childhood tumor of the kidney. There are known cancer syndromes (such as beckwith-weidermann, denys-drash syndrome, pearlman syndrome), in which there are specific genetic alterations. However, if your children do not have these syndromes, it is most unlikely.

No: I know of no reports of hereditary wilms' tumor. There are conditions which predispose to wilms' such as beckwith-weideman, hemi hypertrophy, etc.
