Varies: Survival for wilms' tumor is like survival for any cancer. If caught early and the histology is favorable then the survival is in the 90-95 percentile. If the histology. Is unfavorable and the tumor is extensive and has spread the survival rate lowers. Even stage IV disease has survivals in excess or 30-35 percent.
