How likely is it that a wilms tumor will relapse?

Depends.: Relapse in wilms depends on the stage of disease at diagnosis and other variables of the tumor's histology. Low stage with good histology will relapse in less than 10% of patients. Advanced stage disease can have relapse in one half or more of patients. So it definitely depends. Good luck.
