Arthritis in knees?: One can assume you are speaking of arthritis in your knees? It is not actually a lack of synovial fluid-but a wearing of the cartilage. There are injections that stimulate cartilage production. These may be of some value- with limited but significant success. These injection result in a mild inflammation-that induces repair to some degree. Best to check with your doctor or an orthopedist.
