Try BBT: You could take your basal temperature daily (at the same time of day 7 days/wk) before you get out of bed each day. If you see about a half a degree Fahrenheit change about 14 days before the onset of a menses, the odds that you are ovulating are high. Consultation with a gynecologist is recommended to be sure you do not have other medical problems causing a long cycle.
