Possibly: It's hard to say for sure based just on this information. One way you can get a better idea would be to take a standardized screening questionnaire like this one: http://psychology-tools.com/spin/ Whether or not it is technically social anxiety disorder (sometimes called social phobia), it sounds like it bothers and affects you. You might consider talking to a counselor about it.
