Many: Side effects of these drugs include nausea, vomiting, fatigue, diarrhea, mouth sores and bone marrow suppression. The suppression of the bone marrow leads to a low white blood cell count and an increased risk of infection. There can also be kidney damage and damage to the nerves in the fingers and toes called peripheral neuropathy.
