I'm concerned: Any recent travel or sick contacts with similar symptoms. You could have a virus or infection. My concern could be Ebola. I would call the local emergency room and 911 to transfer you to the hospital for work up. The paramedics can give you masks and gowns to protect you and prevent any spread if you have the virus. Good luck.

Petechia + febrile: It sounds like many viral syndromes. If you are blowing your nose, that could account for nosebleeds. the bruising is worrisome if there was no trauma to account for it. EBV, CMV, Influenza, hemorrhagic fevers, but also low platelets, RMSF, and N. meningitis, and scarlet fever may cause that sign. Any foreign travel? Cat scratch? Parvo virus can decrease platelets. Please seek help ASAP, ER.
