Many possibilities: Low blood sugar, anxiety, lactic acid build up after exercise or fatigue can all cause weakness and tremors in the legs. Make certain you warm up before exercise and eat meals with balanced protein and carbohydrate loads. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
