Chronic diarrhea: Sorry to hear that. If not already done, please see your physician for stool studies such as ova and parasites, culture, blood, white cells, fecal fat, and C. diff toxin. There are many causes of chronic diarrhea. If all stool studies are negative, testing for gluten sensitivity or celiac dz. with tTG blood test can be done. Try a lactose-free or lactaid treated diet for a few weeks. Fam hx? GI dr

Get checked: Its quite certain a check up is due. Your doctor can run tests and schedule a colonoscope as this diarrhea could have several causes. Please see your doctor promptly.
