Not likely: It is recommended to wear underwear or pajama and do not scratch ,so that you avoid oral -anal re-infection ,Transferring pinworm to bedding may occur if underwear or pajama has pinworm attached to them and in contact with bedding .Or your hand touch the part of underwear and then touch the bedding .
