I have a left hip impingement and my right hip i can't walk or stand for more then 5 minutes i have to sit i am in constant pain i've had 4 injections?

Surgery?: Sometimes this condition requires surgery to remove the lip of bone at the hip socket that is causing the impingement. Has this been discussed with your orthopedic surgeon? Also I assume you are in a physical therapy program? If not you need to be. If so and it has been more than 12 weeks with no improvement, then discussion with surgeon recommended. Hope this helps. Follow up care...: I would advise that you continue your follow up care with the orthopedist who has done the injections. I am sure that they have done imaging studies to confirm diagnosis? Have you tried PT? stretching? Ask them what their next recommendations are for your best quality of life.
