Asthma issues: If you are coughing enough to urinate or vomit, you are coughing very hard. Cough is an asthma equivalent, and I would seek medical attention to have it treated. Urination and vomiting are controlled by your parasympathetic nervous system that is being stimulated by the cough. It is quite likely that treating your asthma aggressively will resolve these problems

Asthma control..: It sounds like your asthma is really out of control. I am more concern about this than the vomiting or urine leak while coughing hard.This is a normal response to the pressure caused to the muscles in those areas after vigorous coughing. The most important thing is too see a doctor ASAP to have medication prescribed to keep your asthma under control. If symptoms are significant right now go to ED.
