A member asked:

X-ray revealed i fractured a big toe. do i need to go back to pcp for a splint/other procedure? is it safe to deal with it on my own, or is that bad

Toe: It all depends on how bad the fracture is and what part of the toe it involves. If you get poor healing from not receiving the right treatment, then you will be stuck with a permanent poor outcome. I would recommend that you get in to your physician and make sure your treatment is the right for your situation. Good luck.
