Calcium scan zero. cholesterol over 300 without meds. taking 80 lipitor (atorvastatin) 20 zetia. dr. wants me stop zetia half lipitor (atorvastatin). should i?

I'm not too sure.: Unless your HDL is really really really high or unless you were experiencing some side effect of one of those medications, a total of 300 sounds just too high, especially at your age (no offense). I would continue the medications in a preventive sense.
