Colon cancer: 1.Bleeding from rectum- may or may not be visible 2.Passing mucus with the faeces 3.A change from your usual bowel habit 4.A feeling of not fully emptying the rectum after passing faeces 5.Tummy (abdominal) pains. 6.If the cancer becomes very large, it can cause a blockage (obstruction) of the colon 7. loss of appetite and weight loss in later stages.
