Breast pain: Pregnancy can create increased sensitivity to smell, and sore breasts. There is not enough information provided to answer completely. If pregnancy is possible, obtain a serum HCG test for pregnancy (very accurate). If negative, see your healthcare provider for advice, since there are many causes which could explain your symptoms.
