+ANA: Low + ANA is in 13% of healthy people. Miscarriage happens in many women.That being said high + ANA is a marker of lupu/ autoimmune disease. We don't know the exact cause but there is a genetic component. If you have a second miscarriage that is more concerning- lupus can predispose to miscarriages,due to other antibodies.Check for anti-cardiolipin and anti-phospholipid antibodies.See a doc

Likely not: ANA is usually reported in titers 1/16, 1/64 etc. thus I don't know waht 1.1 means. If it was 1:1, then it means nothing. In the absence of disease, even when moderately elevated, it is still not specific for anything although it may indicate a higher risk to develop an autoimmune disease. If you are healthy otherwise, I don't believe the positive ANA has anything to do with your miscarriage.
