?pregnant: If you have been sexually active it would be good to check a pregnancy test. If you are not pregnant then your periods my just be irregular due to the PCOS. Check with your gynecologist. Often patients with PCOS are on birth control pills to regulate their periods.

Late period: Check blood HCG and if negative consider sonongram. That being said,birth control pills can affect your cycle and may take several months to return to baseline after stopping them.
