Evaluation: Hi, she better sees an MD to rule out the infectious causes although it's very unlikely to have infection for 3 years, the other causes are lactate intolerance, gluten sensitivity, overgrowth of bacteria in gut and irritable bowel syndrome. She can start with avoiding dairy product and also gluten containing food and also foods that contain short chain carbohydrates like Fructose & sugar alcohol.

Stool issues: Stool gets its color from bile pigments - so lighter color stool for a while may be a sign of gall bladder issues - If it's been going on for 3 years - probably should be seen - and studies such as an ultrasound of her gallbladder might be required. She does need further attention though.

Not clear: The reasons for this is not clear. She may have what we know as irritable bowel syndrome. She needs to have a good workup for Crohn's disease and other GI disorders. Would recommend her to see GI specialist. Best wishes.

Loose stool+CRP up: Best that she see a physician who can rule out things like inflammatory bowel disease i.e. colitis, or C. diff. or intolerances such as gluten or lactose. She should be prepared to send stool for studies.
