This is complicated: It sounds like you still need an extensive workup of other sources for the SOB, including a Pulmonary referral, which might include Pulmonary Function Tests and possibly even a sleep studyl. Thus there may be other causes that need to be elucidated. In the GI realm there may also need to be further tests to understand the cause of the GERD and its role, if any, in the chest pain.Keep us posted
