See primary care: Headache and face pain arise from sets of nerves that are different from the nerves that give body pain and numbness of hands. Before seeing a neurologist, I would see a primary care physician especially if this turns out to be fibromyalgia (widespread body pain, non-restful sleep, daytime fatigue).
