Pregnancy test: clinical signs are not reliable indicators whether or not a pregnancy exists. A Home pregnancy urine test very reliably indicates whether or not woman is pregnant.

Not necessarily: Spotting late in your cycle doesn't necessarily mean you are pregnant. It can happen because of the hormonal changes after ovulation (and many other reasons). Be patient. If you miss your period, do a pregnancy test. Best wishes!
