Skin cancer from to much sun? i go outside in the direct sun with no sunscreen daily for 30 minutes but never got sunburned. is this safe?

No: Most physicians would recommend sun screen. Sun damage is cumulative and can be associated in the future with sun-damaged skin and potentially skin cancer. Please use sun screen with value of at least 30 to 45 .

Protection better: Whether you develop skin cancer is related to multiple factors, including sun exposure, use of sunscreen, family history, and your own genetic risk factors. The sun exposure that you described sounds minimal, but it us always good to reduce her risk factors as much as possible.
