Possibly but: Cirrhotic livers tend to be hard but usually it's difficult to feel based on the location and many people's body habitus(shape). Also, cirrhotic livers can be painful, it's not the most common symptom as usually more acute processes(cirrhosis is slow and chronic) like hepatitis cause "liver" pain.
