See a doctor: You may have a pharyngitis, a throat infection, but if there is associated ear pain, the infection may have spread to the middle ear if it's more serious. You need to see a doctor and have them take a look in your ears with an otoscope, to see if an otitis is present, and if you might need antibiotics to clear th infection. Thee is a rapid test to see if you have a Strep infection- go see your GP
