There are a number of sources on the web, including the Mayo clinic, that provide guidance.Just search for "gluten free diet".The FDA requires that vendors list any of the top 8 food allergens on packages, so start looking.Some even have a GF seal.

Many: There are many alternative branded foods but there are also many basic staples that are gluten free. For grains -- rice and quinoa are found easily. All fruits and vegetables and unprocessed meats are ok. Unfortunately beer may contain traces, but wine and spirits are ok. Read labels and talk to your docotr / a nutritionist.
