It depend: first CT scan is not the best way to discover or screen or rule out colon cancer so negative CT scan does not mean anything as far as colon cancer concern colonoscopy is the best way to screen colon cancer you are kind of young for colon cancer most likely your colon problems are caused by something else like IBS good luck thank you for using health tap
