Tylenol (acetaminophen) preferred: There are no major drug interactions with tylenol (acetaminophen) and amoxicillin and fluoxetine. There is a theoretical risk of bleeding or low sodium with the combination of ibuprofen and fluoxetine.

Usually just fine: Theoretically, there could be some minimal liver enzyme drug-drug interactions if you take all together, but should be trivial, and without substantial loss of potency or adverse effects from any of these. Of interest, we do have availability of testing to check how liver metabolizes drugs, and if concerns, this simple blood test would answer all combination challenges.
