Please clarify: What did the MRI show ? There are several diagnoses ranging from tendinitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, radiculopathy, neuritis, nerve entrapment to TFCC tear. Thus we need more much more info & you may need an EMG.Once the diagnosis is clear we can develop a clear treatment plan which may ultimately include a wrist brace and Hand therapy if invasive procedures are not indicated.See a Hand specialist

Tried splinting?: Sometimes, the pain at night could be from poor positioning. You may try wrist splints at night to see if that helps.
