Hair bleach: It is unrelated. The hair bleach you used will not stimulate hair growth. If you are dark skin and you lightened the hair color, it may be more apparent due to increase contrast. If you have significant facial Hirsutism that may not be familial, you may need to consult your doctor to eval for PCOS.
