Xanax (alprazolam) dreams: Xanax (alprazolam) as an anti-anxiety, favorizes sleep. It is not a "hypnotic", made to induce sleep directly. "crazy dreams" is not a regular side-effects of xanax, (alprazolam) but usually good dreams occurs in deep sleep while nightmares happen in superficial inefficient and non recuperative sleep [to be short]. Not to rely on Xanax (alprazolam) to sleep. It belongs to benzodiazepine class not for more than 3 months use. Careful!
