Potentially serious: Already on iron=good.Concerned about "puffy vein" followed by 'liquid running'.Anemia could be cause of hematomas, do you have tiny hematomas anywhere (petechiae)?Could be indication of thrombocytopenia (low platelets) or other serious blood disorder. Hypermobility also significant as it indicates connective tissue weakness & blood vessels can burst (Marfan v Ehlers-Danlos). See dr. IMMEDIATELY.
