How long will a patient have symptoms of drowsiness while taking gralise?

MAY NOT DEPART: I use a lot of Gralise, but we start low and titrate higher due to potential adverse events, especially drowsiness, which typically will not end, if it continues beyond 7-10 days. But gabapentin would cause far more problems, as Gralise is much better tolerated. Lyrica (pregabalin) might be better tolerated yet, but try samples first.
