How long does it take for gralise 300mg during the 1st week, 600mg 2nd week and 900 mg to start providing relief for neuropathic pain?

Often early: Have seen relief within 10-14 days in most responders, but full benefits may take up to 4 weeks. If you are using the top dose of 1800 mg daily, and do not experience benefits by a month, need to try an alternative medication.
