Hyalin cast ?: If by "hyal" you mean "hyalin", such a cast can be expelled from the uterus (womb) because of a growing pregnancy inside the womb. This will usually nave no effect on the pregnancy. If bleeding continues, see your healthcare provider for an ultrasound and other tests to check on the well being of the pregnancy.
