Maybe: Your diet may be low in iron, vit B12. You probably get enough vit D from sun in Mexico, but your diet is low in D. If you wish to define these precisely, blood tests will indicate the levels. You can easily get them from supplements. Be sure the iron is ferrous rather than ferric, and 18mg or less. Do not take iron supplement without a good reason.
