Bruised shins?: Kids your daughter's age can be pretty "rough and tumble". Bruises especially along the shin bone are extremely common and most of the time kids I see won't recall what happened because it was so inconsequential to them. If the bruises are large, deep purple and tender to her or if they are in abnormal places then let your pediatrician take a look. May want to check clotting factors etc.
