Armpit Bumps: It is difficult to know how to treat this without seeing it. Basically if you shave the area, stop. Use a mild soap such as Aveeno (oatmeal) and avoid deodorant. Other than that it may be a fungus or a bacteria which would require direction from an MD or a pharmacist. All the best for recovery.
