It depends: I'm not sure what you mean by my body adjusting to the medication change. Typically it takes two weeks to establish a new steady-state with this particular antidepressant. If you're experiencing muscle stiffness increased heart rate increase blood pressure or confusion you might feel better within 48 to 72 hours.
