It happens: This happens occasionally to otherwise normal women. I've seen info suggesting up to 90 days can go by in some cases. It would be reasonable to contact your OBGYN and discuss the issue. Some additional testing may be needed but at some point they can give you hormones to bring on a period.It's likely to be heavy.
