Achr antibody was low positive (5) first time and negative second time. Neurologist ordered single fibre EMG and thymus MRI as right eye droops. If both normal- is myasthenia possible? What else could cause of false positive result? (VGCC negative)?
My MRI report says Diffuse Generalized Neuroparenchymal Atrophy and Ex Vacuo prominence of the sulci and ventricles. When I reviewed the scans with my neurologist, he said it's not clinically significant enough to be concerned. Any thoughts?
