My post nasal drip won't go away, the ent gives me antibiotics then it will but it comes back. is this serious ? i also feel congested sometimes too

A few possibilities: 'Post nasal drip' is a symptom, not a diagnosis. Allergies, sinus infection, virus, all cause this. But so can laryngitis, croup; also acid refux: stomach irritation, depending on diet, weight, smoking, alcohol. Even asthma or bronchitis. Consider allergist to check allergies/asthma/sinus CT, ENT check throat, even GI to check stomach.
