Stuffy nose with phlegm thats clear or green. saw ent, got antibiotics, loratadine and steroid nose drops, two weeks and worked. follow up - drops and loratadine. 3 days in, symptoms are back. temp relief with acetaminophen. am i doing sthg wrong?

If you got better with antibiotics previously taken for two weeks and by 3 days your symptoms reoccur with fever, it is best that you get reevaluated. You may not have done something wrong however you did not give enough information to deal with this here.
