Depends how long: or you've had your acne scars, and how deep they are too. You can use Vitamin E (L tocopherol), aloe, vitamin C or eat oranges (if not allergic), and/or high anti-oxidant oils (rosehips, coconut, lavender). Another idea is using laser tx that will rebuild the collagen matrix where the scar is excavated to restore it to normal.The Yag Laser (Cool glide) Genesis can do it, but you may need a few txs

Acne scars: Chemical peels, when performed by a trained practitioner, may help reduce the appearance of acne scars, but will not eliminate large or deep scarring. Laser therapy may be more effective. Vitamins, although not harmful in normal doses, are likely not going to change the appearance of skin scars significantly.
