How good is vitamin e oil at getting rid of acne scars?

Not effective: Acne scars are forever. Vitamin e oil in my experience is not good at treating these scars. The most effective means to treat acne scars (there are 3 types of acne scars) is usually to have skin resurfacing with an instrument called fraxel. You will need several treatments and they aren't cheap, but they are among the most effective and safest ways to treat acne scars.
