Pressure: Pressure drops slowly after exercise in most cases, you have a minute or so to get a cuff on and get a blood pressure. If you have a friend who can take the pressure while you're exercising you can do that.

Stress Test: This can be done effectively while doing a stress test under the supervision of a physician. talk to your doctor to see if you even need this at all
