Yes: You should consult with both a neurologist and a neurosurgeon. Chances are you are going to need prophylactic seizure medications and another course of TB therapy. You may need surgery (depends on location and response to meds) Be sure to monitor seizure meds, Vit D level and folate (folic acid) while on therapy.
