What is the best procedure to diagnose sphincter of oddi?

Gold standard is: ERCP(endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography) with manometry(pressure measures) of the sphincter itself is ideal but a very technically difficult study to do that not every gastroenterologist can/will do.
